ok I understand that, but can other people see my spray properly if their settings are tuned up or is it ugly for them too?

The appearance of a spray wholly depends on your settings. If you want the performance boost that comes at the cost of appearance, then there's no way to avoid it.

I am using cevo's config, but is there any way to get around these ugly sprays?

if you're using the cevo config or the tweaks to your system that give you better fps ingame, then they're not gonna get any better
